Frequently Asked Questions
The consultation can be conducted through both online or offline sessions. Availability of offline consultation is only in Penang and Klang Valley while a travel fee will be imposed if to conduct in the other states. We highly recommend to go for the Zoom session.
The consultation will take around 3 - 6 hours each.
Our recommendation is to complete the 4 sessions within a month, which is once a week.
We will need a whiteboard, markers, and projector throughout the sessions.
Yes, we will send the homework once you have signed up our consultation session. After each session we will review the work done previously.
A maximum of 5 Pax per session. We recommend to get the following position in your business to join the session:

Our consultant speaks English/ Malay/ 中文.
Our content will be in English. Please inform us if translation is needed.
