Digital X Branding Sdn Bhd (202201002952 (1448649-P)) (“we”, “our”, or “us”) offers refunds in compliance with Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA) and applicable guidelines. This policy applies to digital products, coaching services, and other offerings purchased via https://digitalxbranding.com/ (“Site”). All “no refund” notices are displayed before purchase to ensure transparency.
1. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available for:
Faulty or non-delivered services: Full refund if services fail to meet agreed standards or are not provided as described.
Future services cancellation: Pro-rated refund for unused portions of coaching packages or courses, processed within 14 days.
Defective digital products: Full refund within 7 days if the product is unusable due to technical faults.
No refunds for completed services, consumed digital content (e.g., accessed courses), or changes of mind, provided terms were clear pre-purchase.
2. Refund Process
Submit requests via email to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase or service delivery, including order details and reason.
We review within 3-5 business days and notify outcome.
Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 14 days, minus any processing fees (e.g., 5% for cards).
You cover return shipping for physical items unless due to our error.
3. Exclusions
Custom branding strategies or personalized coaching.
Promotional discounts or bundle deals (non-refundable).
Purchases over 30 days old.
4. Disputes
Resolved under Malaysian law via the Tribunal for Consumer Claims (up to RM25,000 limit). Governing law: Courts of Malaysia.
